How to easily remove the hood ram emblem.

I got new chrome rams head hood emblems (pictures soon afterwards). Are these things glued on or is there a tab or soemthing holding it to the front bumper?

If its glued on, WOuld I destroy anything using a heat gun and maybe floss to remove it?

Heat gun and fishing line will strip it off ....3M ahesive remover to remove any gooo ,Then apply the new one
