ERT?
« on: March 23, 2006, 03:45:07 AM »

Just wondering if anyone has had any problems getting ahold of ERT lately.  I have some parts on order and was hoping to get a tracking number from them so I can let my friend know when I need to borrow his lift.  I called and e-mailed them today and haven't heard back.  I am not upset or anything.  Just curious about their response time.  Thanks.

They're busy guys. I ordered my brakes from them and it took longer than expected. No harm done tho. I'm sure they'll contact you as soon as they can.

Just curious...what fun stuff did you order?

I ordered me the brake kit for the 95-99 Eclipse.  The dimpled slotted rotors and pads.  I am a bit concerned because I got my e-mail saying they were shipped on the 15th and UPS and FedEx should take 4 business days to get here from there... I am on day 6.  I was planning on doing it on my days off and I am leaving town soon so I need to get it done.  No worries, I am sure it will be worth the wait.  Like I said before, not upset, just concerned and would like to know to make arrangements in my schedule.  Its all cool.

Well while browsing through the ASEC site I found these links that probably explain stuff.  So no worries, I don't mind waiting for a quality product I just like to plan hehe.  Grin

I ordered my CAI from them the week before Christmas, and I tried getting ahold of someone about it several times cuz it was taking so long. Finally got it mid January. Never did get to talk to anybody though.

Wow, I don't know if I can wait a month.  My brakes now are shot.  The ear piercing screech when I stop is starting to get a bit unbearable.  I will try to call again I guess.  I just don't want to build up a bad rep with them.  I understand being busy and all and I am not upset, just like to be informed.

You'll love the brakes. Those are what I have. They'll be worth it IMO.

After reading those threads I feel really bad for the guy now. If I lived closer I'd help out there  Cheesy AND i'm over 18 lol.

Yeah, I would too, I have plenty of shipping and receiving and inventory experience.  I also really understand what it is like to get overwhelmed, that is why I am not upset at all.  I just want to get a tracking number so I can plan ahead.  I am glad to hear that they are a good setup.  Are they Brembo Rotors?  that is what they look like in the picture.
