I have lambo hinges installed on my venge. I recently had to take my door panals off to replace the door speakers and noticed that the doors opened up about 50x easier without the panals on. I was wondering if anyone knew of any way of lightening up the weight of the doors so my weaker friends can lift them (the shocks make the doors feel like 10lbs already!)

They sell full carbon fiber replacement doors that weigh in like 20 pounds but I'd be afraid of them on lambo hinges they'd probably launch them ... $1200+ shipping
They also make full carbon fiber replacement inner door panels at $600 +shipping

hehe sorry bout that what i meant was will all the parts from that website for the 95 to 99 eclipse fit like the doors will. ie. headliner 3 guage full pillar, and door sills. oh and by the way where can i get carbon center console pieces.

What brand of lambo hinges do you have? Why would you need a lighter door? Don't they have a stronger gas strut? I have been tinkering with the idea of lambo doors and was curios as to how much you spent?

Any of the 95/99 eclipse lambo doors will work .... Dunno why he needs lighter I've done like 8 sets no problems
