Both of them are not turning?  Then that'd likely be a fuse.  If one is not turning and the other is it's because it's an A/C thing.

Mod List.  Um WAY too many to fit on here.  But the engine can handle about 800HP

The one closest to the drivers side turns slowly when I push it but stops after a bit but the other will not turn on it's own at all. Will the fans not working ause the car to Over heat over time???

Do me a favor, go out turn on your car and A/C then see if the other fan turns.

also the radiator fans are a REAL easy replacement.  I might even be able to get you a working fan.  If it's turning slowly it's probably a bad motor.  The motor is like 50-60 bucks new.

First off thanks for the help. I just went out and turned on the AC and when I looked only the FAN on the passenger side is turning the other one only turn when i push it and it's a weak turn, So you think the motor on the one has died or is dying. Also would it effect only the AC??

Your car may overheat especially with tempatures rising.  The fan helps mostly at idle when there isn't any airflow to your radiator.  The driver side fan motor should definitly be replaced.  If you live near me bring your car up and we'll do it in about an hour.  Otherwise I can walk you through it, or there may be a member near you that is willing to help.

Radiator fan motor is super easy.  Disconnect the wiring harness on the fan motor.  Then there are four ten millimeter bolts that you pull off.  Then take the nut off the fan shaft, then there are some screws on the shroud to disconnect.  Motors out.
