I now have the NGK Iridium IX Series plugs. I'm very pleased. After uping the compression in my car, I was running Bosch Platinums. When I switched, I could tell the difference. Next plugs will be the NGK Iridium Laser Series. The only difference in the two plugs is the Laser Series has a small amount of platinum on the electrode.
I run NGK V-powers. I work for NAPA and I have seen many a bosch platinum plug come back with the ceramic in the middle broken in half and half of it left in the cylinder. This question was posted on the old ASOG sight and it was pretty much determined I think that just regular copper plugs are the best to use. The only real benefit to platinum or iridium plugs is longevity, however the copper core plugs dissipate the heat better. Just putting in my 2 cents.

Bosch plugs are junk! I'll have to agree with ya. The biggest and busiest shop in my home town refuses to use them. Every car that comes in with a mis-fire, they check for Bosch plugs.
Huge turn out on this poll... What's up with reading it and not voting???
