Ok ok, first, I know that they sell those little plastic trim pieces everywhere. What I want to know is
where can you get the full bumper rubber guard used only when parked? it hooks into the trunk. I've seen that mostly at garages, but some in the street.
any clues?

Doug, I don't think people that aren't stuck in big city really understand the damage done day to day on street parking. The average folks are selfish and just don't care. our bumpers are used on a regular basis to wedge their car into a slightly too tight parking space.
Steed looked great in the back bumper, and two weeks in the city here and scratches galore. I've compounded out blue, red and silver already.
I put the bra on in the front, and in one day some chick ripped it to shreds backing in the space in front of me. I replaced the fiberglass netting and in one day ripped again. It just plain sux!
what is this bumper guard you're talking about? can't seem to picture it in my little mind at the moment.
