I purchased a used power steering pump for my 98 Avenger 2.0.  I just tried to install and it's not the same as the old one.  Contacted the yard where I purchased and he gave me the VIN of the car it came from.  The VIN is for a 1995 Avenger 2.0.
It came with the bracket and pulley.  The pulley is smaller than the original and the bracket mounts 90 degrees from where mine does.  Are the 95's supposed to be different from he 98s?  Any info would be helpful and appreciated.

Go back to the junk yard and pull the brackets off of that car if you can.  Then just tell a auto shop that you need the accessory belt for a 95 and it should all work fine.
