ok well ryan (Ryan95i4, not sure if hes active here) Has built his 420a and boosted it. He is estimating somewhere below 12's but cant lanuch his car due to weak axels. He from a roll beats STi's, Cobra Mustangs, Ect. (Ive seen the vids). I dont remember how much he spent but I bet its not 10K. Check his car out here (http://www.gfmotorsports.net/ryan.php).

i didn't think he had a problem with the axels at all, i thought it was just a traction problem. And as for the amount he spent i would not be surprised if it is close to that # but i don't assume anything so Lips sealed

uhm, imma have to go low 12's, but i don't see his car in the 11's either. Drag racing a car is a totally different ballgame and he doesn't have the setup for that. What he does have is in fact one sick ass street car which for him (he mainly does roll racing) works like a champ. From a dig he'll get eaten alive by cars with a better track/drivetrain setup. Don't get drag racing and playing with people on the highway confused, a 1700hp supra may absolutely rape anything it wants on the highway, but it still only runs 11's in the 1/4 mile Wink

Like what are your specs of you  engine right now?
Sorry guys i've been super busy with work and all my volunteer work hard to stay up to date on things.

Naturally aspirated i hit bout 150whp, 150 torque on the dyno, and still had more left in her.  I have a 2002 strat 2.4 long block with a 2.0 head, these engines are pretty sick boosted.  You can make pretty good HP with them.

Im in canada and im selling my whole car.

What specs you have for the 2.4?? And is there a link in how to build it. I know over bore and bigger pistons. so basically a whole engine rebuild. But as for boosted. where is the medium between turbo lag and power?? you know what I mean. a little turbo has less lag and a bigger turbo has more power with more lagg. I hope you understand this?
