98 avenger not starting

All accessories work but not getting 12v to solenoid. Any suggestions?

Did you check all the fuses?  What engine do you have, what all have you check?

Yes, checked all fuses not sure what the three  relays on the firewall are for but I checked the one in the middle b/c the blk w/ red striped wire goes there. The eng. is v6.  But it should be known this all started b/c the ground cable came loose and turned my poor little throttle cable into its source of ground the cable has been replaced but it won't try to turn over

The relays are good though?  I don't know off hand what the three are for, but I'll check tomorrow.  It's a V6 so I don't have a lot of experience with it.  If it was me, I'd trace the wire from the solenoid to where ever and  continue to trace it until you find where there is 12V.
