I am in Need of help, I am geeting A CEL 51 Fuel System Lean(Bank 1) can someone help with resolving this???

Take it to AutoZone or something similar.  They can pull the specific code and tell you what sensor it might be.

1.Intake air temperature sensor
2. Engine coolant temperator sensor
