what size filter should i get to fit where the stock airbox once was?

I did some measuring a while back, and I think this K&N cone filter would fit on the stock intake tube.

Model # RX-4990

This link should give you dimensions so you can verify it, just in case I screwed up (believe me, I am good at that!)

Also, check for an intake for a 95-99 Mitsubihi Eclipse (non-turbo) on ebay. It might be cheaper than the cone from K&N. This would eliminate trying to support the weight of the cone filter.
