Powdercoating services
« on: November 16, 2005, 08:53:14 PM »

Hey guys, just wanted to give you a heads up. I just finished purchasing an entire powdercoating setup and all for my garage, so that I can do valve covers and intakes and assorted items like that. Powdercoating is a lot more durable finish then paint, easier to clean, and will last a whole lot longer. If anybody wants anything done, just shoot me a pm and I'll help you out. I'm also looking for spare intake plenums/manifolds/valve covers/radiator brackets and things like that. Getting me donor pieces will get you free work, and if you don't have spares hopefully they'll still be available through a core program.

i don't have an oven big enough for wheels yet, but i'm trying to fix that this week actually. I'm kind of limited on what i can do now because i'm working with a smaller hobby size oven. lookin at a 30" or 36" oven right meow for it all

What colors do you offer right now?  Also can you two tone a powder coat or does it have to be single?

Cool, what about guarentees?  I have valve cover I want done.  Also my AEM intake, I might take it off for winter, if you can coat that as well, I don't know the size if it will fit in your oven or not.  Its the V2, maybe you can pull specs up somewhere. (I'm at work and limited on websites, somehow ASOG works though!!)

if anything flakes off within a year i cover it, it will NEVER have defects leaving my garage, if u decide to get creative with a die grinder on it you're on your own Wink
