I believe the only turbo kit for the v6 is built by Exile Racing Technologies/ERT (if they are still around).  I haven't saw Sandman online.

Otherwise, you will have to do it yourself.  There are a lot of things to consider before even deciding to build it though, mainly, what is your goal?  How much HP do you want, how much boost are you willing to run.  More boost, more HP, more money.

Do you want a bigger single turbo, or a small TT setup?

A custom setup is not easy and won't be overly cheap (depending on how far you go).

Things you would need:

turbo (or 2 depending if you are going tt)
fuel injectors (size dependant on boost you plan on running)
a fuel controller (safc at least, but greddy emanage or an HKS unit would be better)
piping, lots of piping
intercooler (if you plan on using one)
manifolds
exhaust
ignition upgrade

And those are just what I can think of off the top of my head.

If you are planning to run a fair amount of boost, chances are your pistons/rods won't hold up.  Then your tranny should also be beefed up.  Also, for space savings you may want to relocate your battery to the trunk.

Anyway, not trying to scare you off, just give you a reasonable expectation of what is involved.
