I have a 1995 Dodge Avenger 2.0. Here in Norway there are only 2 Dodge Avengers (thats right 2!), so there aren't to many to ask questions to.
My problem; When I turn the windshield wiper switch in the first position it supposed to go in intemittent wiper function. Instead it goes in low-speed. Is this the intermittent wiper relay that is broken? If so is this a single unit that can be replaced. Have anybody had this problem?
