On the alternator/power steering belt - 14mm wrench to loosen the nut and 12mm socket and long extension to adjust it.

On the A/C belt - 17mm wrench to loosen the nut and 12mm socket and extension to adjust it.

make sure the pulleys are loose.. or you will snap the tensioner bolts. I've been through it already.

Thanks for the tips.
Do you recommend removing the right front wheel and going in that way?  Access looks pretty bad from the top.

Also, it seems everyone else has forgotten to mention a few things I did when I changed my belts: 1)get aggrivated at how tight it is in the engine bay, 2)throw tools in anger, and 3)wish slow painful death to whoever invented front wheel drive vehicles.

I went through the very same thing with regards to the amount of space available from the top to access the belt and tensioner.

Then talking to my local parts store guy, he showed me the belt removal and install kit which was on sale for $15. Came in pretty hand. I think a good tool to have for any DIYer's. I was able to change the belts in 15 mins.
