will a neon dohc 420a bolt up to my a604 also will the ecu work from the v-6 or do i need one from a 4 banger i can get this motor dirt cheap

The head on the Neon is backwards. So you'll have those issues to deal with, but yes it will bolt up.
You will need the computer from the SAME YEAR as the motor you're getting.

The only thing we have in common with a neon is the cylinder block. That's the only thing your going to be able to use. The oil pans are not even the same.

so only feasible swap is the 6g72 sohc out of an eclipse anything else i need a new trans. damn that 4g63 i can get is looking better everyday might have to bust out the welder and make it work anyone seen silvercoupe around? or jason lee

they are not even close to fit well anyone know where to get a 3.0 for pretty cheap also do they have a turbo kit for that http://www.carparts.com is your best friend turbo kit no unless you have lots of cash so only feasible swap is the 6g72 sohc out of an eclipse anything else i need a new trans you just resume the history of the Avenger and Sebring Alain |

I think that we need a big popup window when you log in for the first time that has a "Read this manditory info" tag on it, explaining the v6 turbo option and what will swap with what etc etc. I mean seriously this question gets asked at least once a week it seems like.
