Your FPR should look similar to this one. This is just a generic pic of an FPR and is not the one that is specific to your car.

Theres a line that goes from your fuel pump to your fuel filter. Then a line from the fuel filter to the fuel regulator. The line coming from the fuel regulator goes to the front of the car to feeds the injectors.

The "Generic" Picture you have is what autozone and Napa says my car uses for a Fuel Pressure regulator, for the 4cyl. Autozone also says the 6cyl uses a similar style that has a braket with two holes in it.  Napa says the 6cyl uses the other part you have marked as the FPR. Advanced Auto Parts says the part that is marked as the FPR is used on both the 4cyl, and 6cyl. Mine only has the part that is marked the FPR. Is this correct. I mean, where is the other one supposed to be?

Where is the other what? Your car only has one fpr and it is next to the fuel filter. Year 1996, the fpr is different on the I4 and V6. Year 1997-2000, the fpr's are the same on both the I4 and V6. Why it is that way, I have no clue.

That makes sense, I guess there isn't another regulator to look for. I just ordered one, since none of the stores have one, just my luck. I'm hoping this is the end to my problems.

Ok, changed to valve. Car runs better, but still dies in the corner. I noticed that it wasn't holding pressure when I took the line off. I'm going to take the fuel pump back and get another one, maybe it is weak, or something. I don't know. I'm about to give up on it.
