Are the radiators interchangable? Like from a Neon or some other model?

No. The neon radiator has both inlet and outlet on the passenger side. An Avenger radiator has the inlet on the passenger side and the outlet is on the driver side.
An Eclipse or Talon non-turbo radiator will fit.

Nope. those are the only other ones aside from a NONCONVERTIBLE 95-99 Sebring Lx(i). If it says Jx(i), it's a convertible [in case you turn to a magazine or catalog]

Well taking the thermostat out didn't do anything.
One guy suggested that maybe my fan switch might not be operating correctly. I noticed that whenever I have my AC on it tends to overheat much much less than with the AC off.
So is there an electrical cooling fan switch somewhere?

If your coolant temp sensor isnt't working properly, it won't tell the rad fan to come on when it's supposed to. It might be the wires from the sensor to the fan or it might be the sensor itself.

So there is no fan switch only a coolant temp sensor that controls it? Where is this sensor mounted? Is it expensive?

You have two fans on your radiator, one turns on when your temp gets to the half-way point, and the other is operated by your A/C switch.

titan-racing.com Medialocker.org Mod List. Um WAY too many to fit on here. But the engine can handle about 800HP

The AC fan allows your engine to remain a little cooler when the AC is on instead of adding heat to it that isn't dissipated.

So where is the temperature sensor? is it mounted in the back of the engine block?
Or is it attached to the thermostat housing?

The sensor is on the thermostat housing. There are 2 of them. The large one is the coolant sensor and the smaller one is the sending unit for the gauge. Or maybe it's vise versa, I don't remember.

Tomorrow I am going to a Pick_n_Pull auto wrecker and from a Sebring I will get a non-AC cooling fan, both of the coolant temperature sensors, and a thermostat.
I really hope these replacement parts fix this issue.

Finally the issue was fixed.
Turns out the sensor was bad, it wasn't overheating at all.

Yeah, if you take it out and it STILL registers the same temp, try replacing your Coolant Temp Sensor.
Yep. 3 points for me. lol. I've seen this one NUMEROUS times when i worked at Advance. lol.
