If you have a v6 the drivers side front behind the strut tower there is a triangular flat spot easy to drill single layer , close to the battery

I wanted to drill to because i had a wire coming out from the battery to the "cockpit" to power up my switch that i installed inside for my angel eyes, but i noticed that right over the brake pedal, lil more to the top left right, there is a pri-drilled hole with a bunch of wires, so i ended up no dirlling any holes and used that hole.
If your wires are not too thick/big, you might be able to use that hole for your amp wire/s.

P.S - Hi JBI, how you doing today ?  : )

I drilled thru behind the windshield washer tank just above the steering column. Since I have a clutch master cylinder, drilling in the spot mentioned above was obviously not an option for me. I don't have a battery under the hood either so this spot might be a little difficult to get to with the battery tray in the way.

Yea, pretty much that same thing. I was planning to continue fixing the dent today, but my friend from jersey called me today and he told me that he is coming to n.y to canal street to buy some shirts, so i went and met with him and we just hanged for a bit, so i didnt have time to fix the dent today. I will probably continue it some day this week.

easy way to do it with out drilling. find where you're sterring collom goes through the fire wall take a knife poke 2 small holes in a shape of a cross on the top side of the the gromet . run the wire through it it will come out behind you're washer fluid bottle run the bat end up behind the fluid bottle and next to strut tower to the battery. on the inside take the wire and pull it stright up and wire tie it there.you want the wire to come up after it comes into the car that way it will cause the water to run down the outside of the car and not come in the cabin. after that just run it across the top of the brackets in the dash board to the top of the driverside kick panel. from there under the door sill there is a wire channel that is perfect for getting the wires to the back seat. when i installed mine i had my interior out of it it makes it alot eaiser. but u at the least will have to remove both door sills, both kick panels, rear seat bottom and maybe even the rear seat sides and panels. you will want to run the rca's on the other side of the car and keep the power wires the drivers side. at no point do you want the rca's to cross the power wires noise can be sent through the insulation of the rca wires from the power wires. so keep your power and remote wire seperated from you're rca's. For the ground wire find som where in the trunk to ground it to make sure it is a primary ground and not a secondary groung otherwise you will get a ground loop. what i mean is find a bolt that goes into the body directly not a bracket or anything like that if you use a bracket make sure to remove it and put the wire up against the body under the bracket. after that hook up you're bat and tune and enjoy
Pugzley  no drilling no gromet installation no chance of wire chaffing
