Well it is in the shop right now getting fixed. Hope to have it back by Wednesday or Thurday. $3000 worth of damage. Got one of my brand new wheels, not even 2000 miles on then, fender, door, and side cladding. It happen on a bridge going 60 MPH, (It was not right on it but no where to go because of the road barriers) going around a curve, and the farmer with his truck and about 30 ft trailer. I was "trying" to pass him, buy it never happend. Going around the curve in I-94 going towards Bismarck ND (See map below). What hit my car was the back wheel well and the end of the trailer. The guy did not even know he hit me. I had to chase him down going about 80 to catch up with him. The highway patrol got their and did everything. He got sited.
Well here is the pictures of the damage...................

Sorry to hear (and see) that man! Hopefully it's a quick fix and won't show. I had a farm truck back into me out of those slanted on street parking spots while I was sitting at a red light the day before my wedding. Car was drivable but didn't get fixed until after the honeymoon while this massive dent in the front fender got rustier and rustier...
well the spell check said it was right, which it was. It just spelled different....... Yeah I'm gettin a new rim, and they were putting the old one in the car.
For getting fixed, I took it to the best body shop in town, putting a new fender and door on. They were going to re-skin it, but they went with the new door to make life easier.

damn that sux but excrement happens and i am glad you are ok.
when i was using a full size auto trailer to haul my beemer, my god it is stressfull on a highway. cant go fast enough, long, wide, can't see excrement....
I always like when you are towing a car the crazies that try to merge between you and the trailer and seem to get mad at your towed car that they aren't letting them in...LOL
I got hit by a transport truck once.. it put a nice scrape that like that down my car. The driver didn't realize that he couldn't make a right hand turn from the left lane and tried to go through my car. Thankfully we were all going really slow. Hopefully they can fix it up good.
So I went up to to body shop today to see how far they were. They got the new door almost ready, old one still on the car, but almost all the parts were striped out getting transfered to the new door, old fender off, new one ready to go on. They were sanding down all the cladding when I was their. He said they were on the down hill slide with it so should hope to have it back Friday.

I got a call from the shop today. They were on the final step of getting the car done. They put it up on the alignment rack and found out the the knuckle was bent. So they order one and should now have it back Monday. I stopped by to look at it and looks good. I wont know tell I take a really good look at it on Monday. I got a picture to.
Its not the greatest it from my phone......... There is some tape on the door, holding something on to dry.
