it's called a scan gauge II. they are marketed by linear logic. there is a hack code to get the horsepower rating, I have it available.
do they have these available for obd1 cars? |

Yes it's clean .. or looked clean for once  the sun was shining off it so nicely so i decided to take a pic and keep the thread on topic abit.. And yes no offroading.. literally.. my AGX's came in today.. time to throw the eibach pro's on. |
