Damien.  I'm not flaming you but I would say, just stop replying.  You seem to think that people are arguing with you and they aren't.  So stop trying to win and just let go.  Alain is one of the most respected (albeit rude don't act like you don't know that Alain) members of all time.  He did a COMPLETELY unique swap and is able to get massive torque.

You like Mustangs, fine.  I get it.  But these guys already have their opinion formed, leave it alone and start a thread with pictures of your new Mustang.

The End.

I have a manual.  But it's the four which is also a swap you could do and there are plenty of performance mods out there for it.  But you can go the Mustang route, I'd suggest a 76 boss

pss the last Boss were made in 1970  Wink
1971 to 1973 Boss was just a package with a 351 engine

actually you can't even call a 1976 a mustang it was just a glorified Pinto

what swap did you do to get "massive torque" and whats the numbers

why are you asking that ?
it's made with chrysler parts and it will not fit in a Mustang

it's a chrysler 2.4 short block
fitted with a custom made oil pan
custom made oil baffle
srt-4 rods
srt-4 pistons
decked 0.005
with a 420a head shaved 0.020
casting was cleaned and mild port was done
smoothed intake manifold
accel #24 injectors
55 mm oversized throttle body
progressive downpipe-back from stock downpipe 2.25 up to 3 inches and no cat
underdrive pulley

and lots more to come  Cool
I have enought parts not installed yet to fill the back of my town&country

i bet i could most likely beat that with my stock v6 mustang

let alone whup that cars a** with his mods (intake, bored throttle body, exhaust, pistons/rods)

lol 420a  Cheesy dude thats pathetic dont say your could beat mine cause idk

jesus i thought when they called you torque miester you did some big 3.5l swap with some major mods and stuff like that but all you did was put a ricer motor in that car ( a whole .4l more than the regular 420a)

dude i thought you was serious

i like the lil rust touch also lol  Cheesy

make sure you keep that heat sheild over them exhaust manifolds you dont want that 420a to loose any power or anything  Cheesy

Do you realise how much you keep controdicting yourself........ First you dont want the v6 sebring cuz its slow, then you want a v6 mustang cuz you "think" its fast..... Now you are calling his totaly unique FOUR cylinder a "slow lil rice bucket motor" even though it would demolish a v6 mustang..... but now you are saying "im not looking for power". My advice is to just quit because your embarrasing yourself.

did I say something funny ?
one day you will understand, maybe in 20-30 years at the speed that you gaining maturity it is hard to predict, what stroke is all about, and I'm not talking about masturbation here
I didn't add 0.4L I added 0.4l of pure STROKE !
that little 4 banger has close to 200lb of torque and could rev to 7500 rpm and it is sending the power to the ground with a transmission pulled from a PT Cruiser Turbo , with a fat high stall torque converter
and the large turbo sitting on the shelve just next to the standalone engine computer and the set of Crower 2/3 camshafts are not installed yet

point beeing  ?
my avenger has a gain of  60-65 lb of torque versus a stock one and I'm not even done with phase 1 yet
I drove her less than 100 miles in the last 2 years when I was filming that clip the car was running for the first time after spending 5 months under a tarp covered with snow in a harsh canadian winter
this car has an engine made to reach the 400 hp level and I have in my shelves every parts needed to bring it there

and btw my town and country van has 240 lb of torque with the stock chrysler 3.8l engine  Grin and can spank mustang gt 4.6L on the 1/8 mile  Shocked
