Considering that the stock VR4 pump and stock Avenger/Sebring pump are almost the exact same flow...I think you can.

A Walbro 255 lph is your best upgrade.

well why do i need to change it at all if they are almost the same if the vr4 pump can handle upwards of 320 hp on the motor if the vr4 pump is good for that much i should be fine im not looking for 500 hp or anything extraordinary im only planning on running like 8 pounds on my car

VR4's use twice the injector stock as these cars do.

The reason most people swap to a higher flowing fuel pump is because it's never a bad thing to have to much fuel.

You should upgrade your fuel pump no matter how much boost you plan on running.  You're not so much worried about the pressure as you are the flow of the pump.  You want to make sure the pump can flow the amount you need.
