So what would you have to modify to make them work.
nothing. they are the same thing. just leave your stock ones on there

I cant really find any used GSX stuff. Ive found front and rear for the 3g's for under 100 buckes. Than rotors are about another 150-200

I found a kit for a 3g that has the whole front kit for under 100 Rotors pads and calipers. So in a way the GSX is cheaper. After i was to buy everything.

You can't use your stock lines with the 3000GT front calipers.
That is the reason most people go with the GSX kit.
I wouldn't put used brake parts on my car. I'd like to know I am putting GOOD parts on my car, since brakes are kind of important.

Might as well change the lines If you upgrade your brakes anyway.

We can get you the correct SS lines if you want.
But it's not going to be cheap.

We can get Earl's and Russel. The Earl's lines at the moment are special order. But we stock the Russel lines.
