as far as the rail gun goes, they keep pussy footing around with natural magnets. Epic Scale Devastation Rail Guns can only be achieved with Electro-Magnets. And yes, you do have to have a luuuuuuuuuuuuuuuong rail for it to build the proper speed before it's launched.
