I notice its rear wheel drive, sitting sideways, that is sweet, I wonder what tranny they have it mated to.
DT and I will have a ways to go to get that much out of a 420A, it has not been done yet as far as I know.
usually rear wheel conversion are using beefed up transmission from the Mighty Max pickup or ,with lots of work building an adaptor , anything goes
highest hp in a 420a is probably Hahn with their eclipse rear exhaust there was a few neons in the 800 + hp and i'm sure that Darrell Cox srt-4 is the highest 2.4 outthere , and btw his 2.4 was built with our 420a head because of the front exhaust giving more space for a humongous turbo

I love how people always manage to start the ol' domestic vs. foreign spat.
But the video = teh shizzle! I wanna put that engine in some old rust-bucket rolling trash can dilapidated p.o.s. and drive it on the road. Some honda rice boy can come up thinking I'm an easy target.... Until I do a wheel stand and roast my tires for five blocks before he leaves the intersection.
