Actually one of my friends who is a cop said there not illegal unless they flash. But no they go into my parking lights. My neons are a toggle though cause cops still like to mess with people with neons.
Lol sorry DT i forgot to get pics of them. Ive actaully been looking to get some black anidized rotors.

Your state must be a little more lenient then. I asked the dispatcher for God's Special Police [GSP] and they said that it depends on the officer that pulls you over... kinda lame.
