Heater fan

The heater fan will only work when set on high.  All the fuses under the hood and under the dash have been checked. Is there a relay or something else I should look at?

this happened in my 01 stratus, i brought it in and got it fixed, u most likely need a new heater control assembly. i have if u need.

Check the blower motor resistor.
