1. stuff you will need: a new TB gasket from dodge dealer or DMS, brake cleaner, old tooth brush, clean shop towels, oil pan
2. wait until it comes in the mail (TB gasket from DMS)
3. remove intake tube from TB
4. unplug all sensors
5. unplug vacuums
6. remove 4 bolts (either 12mm or 14mm)
7. remove TB

8. remove gasket completely


9. place TB into a clean oil pan
10. spray brake cleaner on it
11. rub with tooth brush
12. repeat until clean
13. spray it down again
14. wipe clean with a clean shop rag
15. spray again, let air dry
16. put back on new gasket

15. start at #7 and go back to #1

97, can't remember but is yours a 420A or 6G73? The 420A has 2 bolts and one star bolt holding on a metal bracket
