my cruise doesnt work and with a 1000 mile road trip coming up im wishing that it did or will by that time. the switch on the side of the dash ( not the gauge cluster) seems to work and light up when u turn the switch on but i get nothing on the dash and it doesnt work at all. im wondering if its the switch on the steering wheel or what it could be
i know the transmisson thats in it is from a new avenger with the 2.5 like 98ish where mine is a 1995 avenger so the guy i got it from had to wire up the neutral safety switch somehow cause the trans was different. so i dunno what it might be or how i could get this to work thanks

check the relay first. then check the switch. if the guy had to wire up the neutral safety switch, i can almost guarantee that is the problem. if the car is in neutral, it wont go in cruise, so check that wiring job the "guy" did, sounds like cruise would have worked fine if that was done right.
however he wired the park neutral safety switch he wired it straight to the battery and it will start in drive or reverse if your not careful. its a 96+ tranny in a 95. what it has to do with the cruse i dont know i need to get it working tho and would like to wire the park neutral safety switch how its supposed to be so it only starts in park or neutral and also my reverse lights dont work cause of this reason

what color wires do u hook the wire 2 of the white connector goes to T3 sense which is pin 8 wire 2 of the black connector goes to T41 sense which is pin 10 or how do u tell what pin is what?? thanks

just as an off the wall thought, is your speedometer working? mine hasn't since i bought the car and so my cruise won't engage because it's reading 0mph [i'm guessing on that as being the answer to mine]
hey do u know how i can figure out what pin is what or how the numbering goes cause i need to start my car and move it lol do u know if the trans computer is the one with the 2 plastic plugs with all the wires thanks
