yeah...ppl are saying that he should have his own party, but that would be a bit difficult, kinda like reinventing something to replace the wheel, well good luck to him, i mean...he sounds like the guy that will redeem this country....i hope if he becomes president, then he will form his own party and show that he's diff. i think that's why the  dems get so much attention, cuz w/o any info he is seen as just a republican...

If you read up on him, you'll see he's actually a Libertarian running under the Republican ticket to get a bit more exposure.

Ron Paul would change this country back into what it should be. He is no BSer and he knows what America needs. He is straight forward and hes VERY liberal...but thats where he falls, he is tooooo liberal for the republican party and hes got 1% of the support from the party. he wont make the primarys but damn it he really should. he would make America a place that people respect and want to be.

McCain is more liberal than Ron Paul.  McCain wants open boarders and to give amnesty to the illegals already here.

Ron Paul.  And he wants to build a Great Wall of China style barrier between us and Mexico.

Huckabee and Romney are also both anti-illegals.

JBI, this does NOT pertain to you in case you think it does.

If you tried to get a job in my area, you'd understand.

Lets give it a little shot.

This [below] is an excerpt between an online friend and I. This was when i was trying to get a job somewhere. All the factories around here are 10+ hour shifts. I'm not medically able to stand for longer than 8 hours at a time. At least not more than 1 day. The factory I actually managed to get a job at was involved in a federal investigation in 2000 for SMUGGLING illegals across the mexican border and employing them in their plants. The one I worked at had a 95% rate of illegal employment. Everyone in my county that doesn't think illegal immigration is a problem is employed in companies where you have to 110% prove your citizenship and legality to work in the USA. The only place that illegals can work is manual labor like carpet mills and such. The only honorable places around here to work that don't require a degree of sorts [within reasonable driving distance] are carpet mills, fast food, and a few decent retail places.

When the citizens that have been factory workers are pushed out of the factories by the illegals because the illegal will work for ALOT less than the person who has become efficient and has been doing the work for 20 years [we'll say they are 36-45 years old at this point], the citizen of course must look for more employment. If all the OTHER open factory positions are taken by illegals, then they have to look to other areas of work. In my area, that leaves Retail and Fast food. You have your people who specialize in retail, your people how specialize in factory work, and your specializers in the fast food industry. If factory workers [who make the most money in this Employment triangle] are pushed out of their factory work group by illegals, they will look toward the next step down in pay: Retail.

Generally speaking [not including Nykon] a Retail manager is going to hire a 36-45 year old over a 21-24 year old regardless of retail experience. The mindset of these Managers is that the older applicant will be the better bet because you will get more productivity and knowledge out of them. The younger applicant 'doesn't know as much'. Nykon, I and some others here know this 'truth' to be completely false. I saw it firsthand when I was to train a 40 year old guy [who later became a truck driver] when i was working at Advance Auto. He was older so he MUST have known more than me about Automotives right? RIGHT? WRONG! He knew jack sh*t. I find it amazing that he knew platinum plugs lasted longer than copper.

Ok.
So the Illegals push the factory citizens out of the factories, the factory citizens keep the retail citizens out of retail, the retail ciitizens turn to fast food, and the fast food citizens end up on welfare [if they are lucky]. Does anyone else see the problem with this?

Oh, and have you ever seen an Illegal Immigrant Doctor or Lawyer or Politician or School Teacher? No you haven't and you never will. Those types of employment are almost 100% safe from this problem.

This is an excerpt between an online friend and I. He was in college to be a Social Worker and was trying to understand the impact of illegal immigrant workers from someones point of view that was affected by it.
"I can see beyond the first stage of the problem. I see those citizens [factory workers] that are having to work in OTHER areas that they normally wouldn't ever work in and those are the areas that i specialize in. So if the Illegals push the citizens out of the factories.....then that means that the citizens have to find employment elsewhere. If they go into the retail areas, that pushes me out."

and not to qoute myself, but I must. i think i'm the only one on here who has the balls to rant about these issues so openly. lol
one controversial way of explaining it is that it's kinda like illegal immigrants who send the money they make back home. this is only meant as an example.

Imagine you live in a desert town with a limited water supply of 100 gallons. If you drink one gallon, the next day that gallon will be replaced (don't worry about HOW this is just an example). You will never run out of water as long as you DRINK the water THERE [and it never leaves the town].
Now imagine someone is shipping 2 gallons of that water out per day. It leaves the area thus the limited supply permenantly decreases by 2 gallons each day. 98 96 94 92.... etc. pretty soon there is no water left and everyone dies of thirst. it's like a leech on the economy.

now substitute the word water with money and gallon with dollar [use common sense on this one. prove to me you guys are intelligent].

Am I the only one who see's these problems happening and/or isn't afraid to raise some hell about it?

Sorry I made this a novel, but this is more of a serious thread and thus requires more of a serious and in-depth reply from me.

And if I piss you off because you want to keep a poisonous venom in my country's blood stream, then please, get the f#*% out of my country so we can solve some of our problems because you obviously have no place here with the attitude of 'There are no problems, everything's peachy keen".

My friend's Dad is a Minute Man.  He's got some stories like that to tell as well.  Just crazy!  When I moved to Canada I couldn't work until I was legal.  I'm sure if I wanted to and tried I could have gotten paid even here.  It's a global thing.  I think this is a huge problem, but how do you fix it?  I guess with stronger and enforced laws??  And we need to get people off their duffs and working.  The illeagals think you get rid of us and then who will do your hard work.. I would hope it's all the people sitting on welfare that don't need to be.

hell i want immigrants to be sent back. No offense JBI but i am assuming you are here leagally. The ones that are not here on the right terms and the ones that do not speak english are really pissing me off. I go to another country and yes while msot of them will understand english enough to communicate they expect others to know some of thier own language. We dont, so we let them run our communities. Here in FL we have literally changed the signs to spanish first and english after in some areas such as Miami. It gets worse every year hell it gets worse every day. Its time to start making them learn to respect the land that they are living in and its inhabitants. They come over and bitch and moan about how hard it is for them. But the way i see it is it cant be to hard as they get all the help from our governemt while still flying the flag of thier country before the American flag. If you think its so hard and you dont want to participate and be a citizen GO BACK!!!

hey whoa how did i come into this, i had to fly here Undecided, not jump a fence Tongue. anyway it's not fair to anyone for them to come here illegally, it wreaks havoc on the economy, we should have soldiers 1 foot apart lining the border btw there n there...n since that's not possible, a nice electrical fence isnt out of the idea, i mean..if someone here illegally does something...who they gonna look for, who's gonna get blamed, they have no identity....we need that electrical fence...
