I was one of those guys you hated. not all meathead/ish... but hockey was my life.
the thing that got me through school was sports..
mostly hockey, baseball and lacross up here, no football.
Good, sports keep you active and thinking. Everyone gives jocks a hard time for being idiots. But you're out there making split decisions that change the game.
You can't be "taught" no one can force the information into you. You have to want to learn.

Mod List. Um WAY too many to fit on here. But the engine can handle about 800HP
I'm not sure where I fall into this...i always played sports...always was good at school....never had any issues w/ my teacher...cept my lacrossE coach...the team quit cuz the coach needed anger management classes..I'm talkin bout launching balls at players during practice...and practices that consisted of suicides for the entire session. (half the team never played before) this led to us being able to chase the other team till they fell down...we just couldnt get the ball ...well..some of us.

Nice artwork CMC. Props to your students. There were only a few instructors who were qualified educators [and i don't mean a piece of paper]. My 9th Grade Lit teacher who opened up my poetry a good bit, my Pre-Engineering II, and my Pottery I, II, & III teacher [Alain would appreciate her "no BS" attitude] were the 3 teachers who reached out to students the most. The rest only cared if you fit into the 'cookie mold'. If you're NOT one of those 'cookie mold' teachers CMC, I applaud you whole heartedly.

thse kids nowadays are almost as smart as i was!! .
that is in past tense? "as smart as i was" - as if you WERE smart, but not anymore? ...lol
I have no children of my own at this point in history, nor do I have any plans to have any children.
ok, red, since we have u in here, let me break it down for ya: i left out the latter part of the sentence, latter meaning last section/phrase. that last phrase would consist of and be solely limited to " when I was a kid" which I am not anymore anyway, nice attempt, i was hoping for someone to catch a purposeful mistake i made in another post, but..that was perfectly legit.
