Deffinitly that thing ran an 11 flat that will beat any stock viper and some with i/h/e. There are all out drag racing cummins diesels in the 8s and full weight dodges doing 10s.

on a side note, I have a friend that owns a russian tank. Its fun. It was in the movie The Hunted. He also has a Lamborghini, a Pantera and many other various fun military vehicles that he collects.

With a tank it shouldn't be too hard for you to go and get the money needed for your engine.
