That would work. Cuz this guy i work with says that nothing can be used on the Avenger/Sebring platform from an Eclipse and he said if I can prove him wrong, which I already have, he'll give me $100... He just wants to see it on paper.

i have a 95 avenger a 97 eclipse tranny in it lost of stuff is the same just open your hood and show him the dsm sticker

You can not use the radiator hoses. They are too short. Aside from that and misc exterior body parts, you're good to go.

Biggest thing he was on it about was an eclipse dash and door panels. If i remember correctly, you can use those right?

Yes 100% on the dash, yes 87% on the door panels.

you wont be able to use the rear quarter panels/and their windows..u wont be able to use the rear window and the rear wiper..u wont be able to use the trunk and the windshield, aside from those parts and aforementioned. im not sure what else u cant use...

The door panels are 100%. i have 2 eclipse door panels on my avenger. I have yet to have any problems with it. the valve cover i got to replace the green one that was on the engine, eclipse 2.0L non-turbo. Need i remind you of the Eclipse console conversion [i'm 1/4 of the way into it]?
Just go to the parts store, get a printout for things like the suspension [except the coil spings]. And get a printout of performance headers for the Avenger 4cyl and the Eclipse. now make sure he doesn't try to get out of the bet by saying "Oh i meant the V6 cars" because we all know, there were never any factory v6 eclipses until the 2000 body style came out [3rd gen].
