*Note - the fuel rails will have DISTURBING MOTORSPORTS and NOT ROSS one them*

Billet Fuel Rails are made to bolt-on with out any welding or special fabrication. These rails are CNC machined out of aircraft quality T-6061 Aluminum. The rails are then clear anodized to protect from corrosion and allow use with higher octane fuel sources. These rails are setup to accept -6 O-ring fittings. Rails come with four Dash 6 O-ring to Dash 6 AN fittings. This is a perfect item for those looking to upgrade their fuel system.

Everything is ran through a business, Disturbing Motorsports - www.disturbingmotorsports.com
Our website and catolog are under construction and everything is being up dated every day.

These pictures are taken of the billet fuel rails on my car.  (not the same brand)

Fittings needed for the loop and to hook up to your stock fuel system feed line.

6AN 90 Degree to Barb Fitting Goes on the stock fuel line, after the stock end is cut off the fuel line.  And connects to the rear fuel rail on the drivers side.
3/8NPT to 6AN 45 Degree Fitting Threads in the rear fuel rail on the passengers side.
Straight 6AN Hose End Connects to the rear fuel rail on the passengers side.
6AN 90 Degree Hose End Goes on the front passengers side of the fuel rail.
6AN Cap Goes on the front fuel rail on the drivers side.

Disturbing Motorsports will sell the fittings needed to install these fuel rails for $59.95.
Price is cheaper than what summit sells just the fittings for.

To install these rails:

Remove the fuel pump relay and start car and crank it over a few times to relive the fuel pressure.

Remove Intake Plenum.

Cut off the stock hose end, where the fuel line connects to the fuel rail.

Install the new 6AN 90 Degree to Barb fitting and tighten the hose onto the fitting with a hose clamp.

Remove the stock fuel rails.

Install the new billet fuel rails.

Install the new fuel rail loop hose line.

Install the 6AN Cap on the front fuel rail on the drivers side.

Prime fuel system and check for leaks (yes before the plenum is reinstalled).

Reinstall plenum.

You're done.

It is also optional, for an extra $6.95 you can get a new set of upper injector o-rings.

A complete price would be:
$200 - fuel rails
$59.95 - Disturbing Motorsports Fitting Kit
$6.95 - Injector O-rings
$265.90 - Total + shipping

They are now...

$225 + the loop kit that you would need.  Which is $75.00 and includes new upper injector o-rings.

They are more for looks on a stock car.
