Pulled up to the shop and sent my gf inside to get an estimate on how much I would be paying tomorrow to get my high flow cat and exhaust installed (didnt feel like getting out lol)and the guy asked "is it for you or for your boyfriend?" so she answers "it's for me" thinking she would get a cheaper price, turns out he took HALF off the usual price because she said that. Aint that a bitch ah well, as shitty as that is, Im not gonna argue over the price thats for sure
but seriously, i've had it go both ways. usually service places try and quote me higher on prices than my b/f gets quoted. but parts places tend to give me better prices than he gets especially if i go in and talk to them. go figure. i blame it all on men in general! they are just plain weird! lol!
