Blowing engine fuses after some exhaust removal
« on: October 20, 2007, 11:43:43 PM »

So I removed my silencer and the other thing from under my car  Grin on my exhaust.  I went around the corner from the shop and the engine fuse blew.  It blew another, theres no exhaust leaks and the 02 sensor was put back in the exhaust.  Would pulling out the "other" part of my car have to do with this?

likely you banged/piched a wire nearby look around the alternator/starter area, also check the o2 sensor plug/wiring

i had the same problem with blowing the engine fuse after installing my cat back, turns out the wires on the o2 sensor got pinched.
