i meant his car being stock. If you tried to race him your tranny would blow up most likely and you would probably die. I can see it now... death by tranny explosion

I'm still confuse about that... I know that no stock 5spd would have a chance against my cat right now.

But I always thought the stock auto 2.5L was faster then the stock 5spd 2.0L.

Lets say 97 vs. 97 for the fact that my year is the fastest V6 year. lol

in accel yes, but top speed.. no 2.0 outtops the 2.5 revs gears weight computer transmission isn't of the devil

I've hit 140+ mph in the Bring and thats before my UDP and DP. I will try hitting higher when I think it's safe enough.

And Top speed has nothing to do with the 1/4 mile.  Grin

The V6 has more HP and torque, thus it would be faster if only it were a 5spd.
