Down pipe and High flow cat are on.
« on: September 30, 2007, 04:21:43 AM »

Just got it on today.. Stock cat was rust welded to the piping.. so I had to cut it. Now I am just running straight out of the magnaflow cat with a gap cut out to the resonator and muffler. I will be putting a test pipe in there asap though .. because its LOUD!! Cheesy

I'll get some sound clips.. I actually have a sound clip of straight from the manifolds and from the cat.

Next couple of paychecks are going to a dual magnaflow system.

no its not stock ive got ported intakes a good CAI where the filter sits behind the drivers fog light hole, and then all 3 of the cats were cut off. the exhaust leaks a bit from one of the flanges cause the previous owner cut out the cats and flex and clamped pipe on there so it broke one of the dp bolts and it  one of the flanges is loose. but its decently quick. mine doesnt downshift as good tho i dont think u have a any tranny mods? mine has all synthetic fluid and a tranny cooler and works good it just always doesnt drop down the gears as far as i want heh

I can tell by your RPM's that you were doing about 100 mph [as long as everything was hooked up properly and you weren't losing any torque from exhaust leaks].

3k = 80
4k = 100

you'll be close...but his mods should give him a lil bit..jus a lil bit more power per rpm.
