I don't see how they can suspend your license if you never recieved notification. Generally something like that would come certified, so you have to sign your name as proof of receipt. I'm not sure if the rules are different way up north, but I would definately fight this one.
it happens quite often in the sates they suspend licenses all the time and never give notice then when you get pulled over you get the oh so wonderful news.

But you can fight it in court and win. I lost my license once and never knew. It was because my insurance company "accidentally" faxed the DOT and told them that I no longer had coverage, which revoked my driving privilege. I didn't know until I got pulled over for it. Went and fought it and won.

Mod List. Um WAY too many to fit on here. But the engine can handle about 800HP
Quick question... Is it mandatory that notifications have to be sent out. if so then this is another one of my JERSEY SUX rants. in nj any municipal court is not mandated to send out court notices for ANYTHING. court notices are optional. all court dates, summons, and any other hoo blaaah is soley the responsibility of the defendant.

The person must be SERVED in Wisconsin. Meaning if you got a ticket in person, you've been served. But if it was a mailing then they must prove you got the summons.
