You will need a good press or a butane torch to get the pressed in ones out.  And some latex gloves for handling the sticky lube that comes with them.

I would recommend doing it in stages. Maybe the a frame bushings in the back first. If your car is in alignment now it won't mess it up bad to change mirror image parts side to side.  I did the rear knuckle arm bushings and rear a frame ones one weekend and then did the toe box ones the next weekend.  I just reset rear toe with the tape measure and it was fine.

BTW...It made a huge diff in handling.  Anybody in the mid south want me to install theirs?

just noticed you want to spray NOS in a corner...on a FWD bad idea think instant and severe understeer
