Alpine R-types, but you'll need to do some cutting on the plastic inserts.

Mod List.  Um WAY too many to fit on here.  But the engine can handle about 800HP

DT, was it you that made the homemade brackets or someone else. If you, link him that page.

Plus, stay away from anything that Auto-Bling or any other auto store sell. If you have a sound shop in your area, they should have a wall set up. Like BV said, it depends on if you like highs or lows. Burn a cd of songs you like and see if they will let you play it so that you can get a sample of the music you listen too WITHOUT having to buy the speakers.

Just like BV said... it's your preference. Anything done right will sound good.

audiobahns are great for the price.
it also depends if you are getting coaxials or components.
I will suggest components.

I have memphis PR 2 way 6 1/2's in my car and they perform very well with the factory amp.

And if you want to go for a REAL speaker the JL Evolution ZR series is the way to go. But Like the type X's, they are around 600$ or so for the pair. A little to pricey for me, but the owner of the local JL dealer has them and OH MY GOD. They can handle insane power and volume without a hint of distortion

I love them... pump the base.. and they're like front door woofers.  Roll Eyes

even makes the doors rattle abit when they pump too much. Undecided meh.. dynomat somewhere down the line maybe.
