everytime i go over little bumps i hear a little clunk coming from my back wheels? any ideas on whats wrong and how much to fix?

Look under your car and see if any of your suspension components are loose or broke.  Could be blow out struts.

i think struts would probably be your best bet.

depends really but start with the struts it could be as simple as a bad sping seat too
