Ok Im still waiting on this guy to tell me if he can put my engine in or not but I need the opinion of you guys for something else...

This guy I know can make me a cat-back exhaust for 300 bucks or should I spend 300 bucks and buy a downpipe and high flow cat from sroufe....

I would choose Sroufe too. If I still had the 99 ES, then i would have been looking to get one from him. but alas, a Lincoln Continental had other plans for it 1 1/2 years ago.
