Okay thanks for looking at my post maybe you can help. my hazard lights don't work. first my left blinker would'nt work it would blink fast in front and nothing in back. also it would click as fast as it would blink. So i fixed that. new bulbs and a new fuse on the in cab fuse box, both burnt out while i was tinkering with them . While i didn't have the blinker i had the hazards now i got the blinker and no hazards! Can somebody give me a place to start looking? Thanks.
i dunno if this will fix the prob or not but there is a junction box directly behind our climate controls . the easiest way to get to it is remove the stereo and the lower section of the dash on the pass side around the glove box . there is 1 10 mm bolt holding it to the dash frame. one conector . there is a button in the middle of the plug on the drivers side of the plug push and wiggle the connector out of the box. undo bolt and remove the box. this is a dealer only part couldn't find it on autzone web site didn't try any 1 else though. it may be you're problem if ot this then it will be the wiring has been chaffed or switches them selfs Pugsley
I took the hazard switch apart and cleaned it a bit although it looked fine. I found the hazard/flasher relay unit thingamajig where ambrose said it was and it looked fine too. i ended up replacing the fuse with the battery disconnected and it worked after that, so i guess that's what fixed the problem. i'm embarrassed it was that simple, but Ivan was right. thanks!

. While i didn't have the blinker i had the hazards now i got the blinker and no hazards!
