Both Bestbuy and Circuit City do not carry the Bose tweeters, know where I can get 'em?
AND is it difficult to replace 'em?

Your assistance is truly appreciated, thanks.

not difficult at all to replace.. re-wire them.. and they just pop in and out of the dash easily...

you have to ebay the bose replacement tweeters.

3" bose tweeters drop right in just splice in the wires and install a bass blocker ...
Remove the old ones with a small screwdriver pry up and the grill and speaker will pop out ...

the stock tweets use a capacitor to bass block you can use it or buy a set of bass blockers from crutchfeild or radio scrap ...
since the tweeters are bose it's built into the crossover internal to the speaker ...

if there is a crossover in the bose then you wouldnt need the second crossover right.

Also thank you i have been wanting those things out since i put in the new stereo...no where near the sound quality and they are playing thanks to the headunit!

Are the tweeters from the home speaker system or a caddy? Huh
