i just thought you all should know that. While doing my CV shaft i made the decision to check my bjs i can make them clank with my fingers, the boots are shredded and there's no grease in them whatsoever.. so to the dealer for me.

yep it was. Have Nykon use a little muscle if they give you lip because you're 'a kid'. i always hated that. plus he may have to be the one to do it anyways since its in his name.

If the dealer won't do it, make sure they give you the number for Chrysler Corperate so you can call and bitch at them until you get it done.

you may have to go through chrysler corporate. It's a massive pain, but CC is actually really nice (well, the lady I spoke with). The dealer on the other hand, really didn't want to do it.
