if you do something like that.. which might be cool.. i'd rather go with a nice 40v 4.2L Twin Turbo audi.. 440hp=fast

Looks like the engines aren't that different in size really... Tranny would be the problem.

Idk about those yamaha engines... something about them... I heard they blow gaskets alot.
