Youre gonna hate yourself for doing that in about a year. I restored my interior after I had painted mine back in 2001. Its good on show cars....but not daily drivers as paint tends to wear away in places that you come in contact with alot, chips, bakes from the sun, etc.
And it looks like you......umm.....whats up with the underdash and door panels....
i like it-i was thinking about painting my interior as well but i got alot on the go all at once so well see,and like nykon said as long as you like it thats what matters
Don't get mad at me, this post is for cons and pros...
IMO I don't like it at all, in any non-show car, as Shane said, it looks childish.... every time I see such creation there is a question "Why?!" Maybe if it was a much cooler (mellow) color, not bright-red-in-your-face, it could've been more acceptable
And Shane is right again, that paint will start to chip where you touch a lot (finger nails too) and thus gonna make it look worse
First thing I thought was the steering wheel will probly wear down faster then you know it. If you clearcoat it will make a big difference in duration.
Also I'm not a fan of the fading.. I would of taped at the seems and painted the whole steering wheel cover... If I were to do it.
But if you like it all the power to you...

why would it make me cry? If someone thinks it's childish it's fine with me. Flexible parts primer and paint, if it chips that's life, you can't expect everything to be permanant. I did tape things off....maybe you all don't see that. When the local napa sells more stuff.... i'll get some paint merger and fade it from red to black. Oh, and dt.. that pic is very blurry.
NO MORE PICS! i hate my camera but i'll touch up some spots i think i missed, i'll even retape and all that bologna just to make you all happy just joking<---- for shane
