Air Bag Light Going On Then Off Then On

I have a real annoying problem that I hope someone could give me some guidance on. I have a 2001 Sebring Conv Limited 65,000 miles Shocked. What is annoying me is the AIR BAG light keeps coming on then going off making a bing everytime. I don't even know where to look. I know when I had brought the car into the dealer for some other fixes before the warranty expired they had replaced the seat belt end that the belt goes into which is bolted to the floor in the car. Any ideas would be GREAT!! Thanks, John

If it's the airbag light it might be an inntermittant clock spring on the steering wheel assembly ...

Ours you disconnect the battery wait 1/2 hour then remove the four bolts on the rear of the wheel remove the airbag the spring might be broke or collapsed
